Erik Andersson winner in Siemens design competition The dream kitchen of the future.



Erik Andersson was voted the public's favourite in a design competition organized by Siemens in Sweden.
The task was to design a dream kitchen for the future.

This kitchen surrounds you on all sides, but at the same time, it is open and light. A hovering kitchen flooded by daylight. The body of the kitchen is welded and glass blasted stainless steel with insides made out of cut pine veneer. The top body is movable and acts as a door to the
kitchen.

Inauguration of National Road 73





4 december, the Swedish National Road 73 is being inaugurated.

Erik Andersson architects have designed the new concrete bridges for the motorway.
The main focus of the motorway has been to save the lives of humans and numerous animals. We have created special bridges for elks and passageways for frogs.

Erik Andersson Architects invited to Doha Bay Crossing competition


Erik Andersson Architects has been short-listed as one of four teams to participate in an international architectural competition to design a infrastructure solution for the Doha Bay. Erik Andersson Architects will work together with WSP and Davis Langdon. The competition is organised by the Ministry of Municipality and Urban Planning in Qatar.

First design stage for Villa Nyberg on Ekerö is done

















The first design phase of Villa Nyberg is done. The house adapts to the steep hill and has a roofterrace in two levels which mimics the floorlevels inside the building. The wood cladding and the window frames are painted black.

Erik Andersson Architects wins first prize in architectural design competition in Norrköping, Sweden.




























EAA was invited as one of three teams to design a new bridge over the river Motala Ström in the City of Norrköping. The bridge will be constructed of stainless steel plates, welded together to create a highly polished exterior with no visible seams. The bridge will mirror the river and have an artificial waterfall built into its railings.

EAA to design new villa in Ekerö



Erik Andersson Architects has been invited to design a new villa in Ekerö. The 175 sqm villa will be situated on a hill overlooking the lake Mälaren. The first stage of the projects starts in August.
